These training courses have been specially developed for those working in the STEMM sectors and their companies looking for help with transferable, business skills outside of their field of technical expertise.

HOW?

Trainers come from relevant business backgrounds and this commercial emphasis means that they bring real-life, tried and tested case studies into the classroom to support the theory.

Another key difference is the way courses are delivered to suit the needs of delegates in the room.

  • Before each course, delegates and their managers are interviewed and each classroom is tailored to suit the delegates in the room.
  • During the training, delegates are comforted by the clear signposting, checking and considered pacing of the courses. Workbooks are      provided and the courses are designed to deliver clear outcomes including repeatable structures and processes.
  • After the course, delegates are supported with access to 30 days of mentoring and 12 months access to a virtual learning platform.

'The “coaching for leadership skills” course was exactly what I needed. The course consisted of an introduction and three 2-hour one-on-one sessions during which I learned about my personal strengths and how to capitalise on them in my current workplace. Sarah is pleasant to work with and has a knack for nudging people into the right direction. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would like to recommend it to anyone who is interested in developing themselves as a leader.'
