Su has 30 years’ experience in strategic and tactical business development & marketing. From 2008 to 2014 she set up and ran an ethical B2B telemarketing company, (developing specialisms in the technology, medical devices and healthcare sectors) supporting clients such as Sanofi Pasteur, Microsoft and AB Sciex. Since leaving, Su has set up Priddey Marketing which provides sales & marketing mentoring and training to a variety of clients in the STEMM sectors.
Sarah has 40 years experience in inspiring others to achieve leadership performance through theatre teaching, psychotherapy, coaching and training. Her clientele has ranged from teenagers, adults, ex-prisoners and senior executives. Nowadays, she trains and coaches leaders with a STEMM background to win influence, advancement and stakeholder buy-in. She works in not-for-profit organisations such as the Stockholm Environment Institute as well as in commercial organisations such as Cisco, Skanska and Astrium (EADS).In partnership with Oxford University’s Institute of Biomedical Engineering, she designs and delivers programmes for STEMM doctoral students to attract engagement and buy-in at conferences, develop business awareness and improve their interview skills to advance their innovation.
